Ellen is the middle school librarian at St Marys Area Middle School. She is the co-chair for PA Young Readers Choice and is a YALSA contributor. In 2018 she was given the distinct honor of being named the ISTE Librarians Network Secondary Award recipient for her innovative practices in her library. She also participated in the iLEAD program and PSLA's Emerging Leader Academy.
